Serena’s has been in the business for over thirty (30) years. We cater to offering individual personalized service for our customers. Our retail store is located in Indian Wells, California. Due to the high demand of our merchandise, we are now opening our online store for our customers convenience domestically. We have customers from all over the world that shop at our retail store. Serena, the owner, was elected as the best retailer for women’s clothing in the Coachella Valley. We are at the forefront of offering our customers trendsetting, upcoming styles, which are ever changing. We select trendy fashionista attire for our snowbird customers, as well as our city and suburban customers lifestyles.

Please expect 5-7 days for delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned item(s) back to the store. To avoid shipping costs, you are welcome to return merchandise purchased online to our store in Indian Wells.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic Orders (USA & Canada)
Sale and discounted merchandise, as well as all jewelry are final sales. All other merchandise can be returned. Returned items must be sent back and received to our store within 14 days of receiving your original order. Once merchandise is received back to us, you will receive a refund of the full amount of your purchase back to your original payment method.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size, color or new item all together! Returned and exchanged item(s) must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached.
